  Product Announcements

We have added several exciting features to our products:

1. New Voicemail feature:
We added a new capability that allows one to access stored voicemails in a non-sequential fashion over a web interface. There is no need to listen to all 16 voicemails before getting to the 17th one. The best part is that this capability works on multiple PDAs including Blackberry and iPhone.

2. Group Alerting enhancement:
We made our Group Alerting application more IVR friendly. A user can now simply dial into the server, use an IVR and launch his/her Group Alert. No need to log into a computer as before.

3. Audio Conferencing:
We added hoot-and-holler conferencing over VoIP networks. This allows users with IP phones or IP softphones to join a conference by simply lifting the handset. No need to dial a number and enter a PIN.

4. Web Conferencing:
We added 'co-browsing' capability that allows multiple users to visit and discuss a web site together. This is a great new addition to our desktop sharing, presentation/application sharing and white boarding applications.

We expect to introduce several new applications such as desktop Video Conferencing, IP Video PBX and IP Video Surveillance over next several months. Please stay tuned.

We would love to hear back from you so please feel free to share your feedback.
