XOP Networks’ IP Based Hoot and Holler Continues to Create Wins for Companies Impacted by Large Carrier Changes

XOP Networks’ issued a press release in February 2019 announcing availability of its new IP based Hoot and Holler service. This is another example in a which a service that was earlier offered by large service providers using traditional analog 4 wire leased line circuits has now moved to IP telephony over Packet Network.

The prior Press Release seen here pointed to the gap created by disinterested service providers that left several companies without a Hoot and Holler solution.

Since the launch several businesses have signed up for XOP’s IP based Hoot and Holler service. This new service has allowed these companies to avail the Hoot and Holler functionality without making any changes to their network infrastructure. Clients enjoy that the installation process is seamless and takes only a few minutes versus several weeks with large service providers. Clients also appreciate having access to a self service portal that allows them to oversee member activity and gives them ability for adding and deleting hotline members on their own.

B-J Used Auto Parts and Dismantler, Inc. CEO Jorge Lopez said, “We have been using the XOP Hoot and Holler service for several months now and could not be happier. The audio quality is superior to our previous supplier and XOP’s support has been excellent. We were slowly losing our hotline subscribers but after switching to XOP the trend has reversed."

“We are pleased to be able to offer Hoot and Holler service to companies like BJ Used Auto Parts and Dismantler, Inc. who need a viable and economical Hoot and Holler service to keep their businesses running and growing. With the XOP Networks’ SIP based conference bridge platform we are able to offer a modern high-quality hosted service that provides the users excellent audio experience and superior up time,” added Sudhir Gupta, CEO of XOP Networks.
