XOP Networks, Inc. provides warranty support for its products, free of charge, for a period of one year along with the initial purchase of the product.
A customer may subsequently purchase extended support beyond the first year by paying the agreed annual charges for the same.
XOP Networks’ support process includes a well defined structured multi-level (L1 to L4) issue reporting, response and resolution method, clearly defining the SLAs for different levels and escalation paths for the same.
