Detailed Walkthrough

Dial-Out Conferencing allows moderators to proactively connect with teams or departments by triggering outbound calls to pre-selected members. Unlike traditional dial-in conferencing, this method reduces response time by placing calls directly to the recipients, placing them into the conference as soon as they pick up.

Participants can be grouped manually or imported using a .CSV file or directory integration (LDAP). Once configured, these groups can be reused, edited, or shared across the organization. Dial-outs can be initiated through multiple channels—web portal clicks, voice calls, or scheduled events - and are ideal for fast-paced, high-stakes environments where real-time coordination is critical.

XOP’s system also supports advanced routing based on dialed/source numbers, allowing automated and rules-based triggering of conferences. Moderators benefit from an easy-to-use interface to manage members, set access codes, and monitor group activity - all without needing specialized hardware or software.
