Dial-Out Conferencing allows moderators to proactively connect with teams or departments by triggering outbound calls to pre-selected members. Participants can be grouped manually or imported using a .CSV file or directory integration (LDAP). Once configured, these groups can be reused, edited, or shared across the organization.
