Detailed Walkthrough

XOP Networks’ Remote Control application empowers users to securely access and manage remote computers in real time—whether for support, collaboration, or administration. Using browser-based access and secure authentication, users can initiate sessions without complex installations or configurations. Participants receive invite links or calendar notifications and can easily join via web and Gmail authentication.

The application supports two main modes: persistent access to your own machines and temporary access to another user’s system. For one-time support, a one-time code is generated and expires after a few minutes, adding an additional layer of security. Full control is only granted after manual approval by the remote user.

Once a session is active, a built-in control panel allows moderators to resize the display, synchronize clipboards, send secure keystrokes, and transfer files. These controls ensure a productive experience while maintaining security. Whether it’s for troubleshooting or managing distributed infrastructure, Remote Control keeps teams connected, responsive, and in command.
