XOP Networks, Inc., a developer of software based Value Added Service (VAS) platforms and Audio Conference Bridges announced availability of ‘Service Assurance’ package to its Digital Collaboration Bridge (DCB) and Universal Service Node (USN) Audio Conference Bridge customers.

The XOP Networks’ DCB and USN conference bridges provide feature rich Audio Conferencing, Firebar Dialout Conferencing and Voice and SMS blast Mass Notification Applications. Frequently these conference bridges with above applications are deployed in mission critical situations. To ensure the expected very high availability, XOP Networks products can now be upgraded with Service Assurance package. With this package, additional test capabilities are added that allow a customer to automatically test the voice trunks (TDM or SIP based) and the associated web portal, either on demand or on scheduled recurring basis. In case any issues are found the system automatically alerts the appropriate personnel.

The Service Assurance Package is available to all customers at no charge that are under Hardware Warranty and Software Maintenance Agreement with XOP Networks.
