XOP Networks Ships Its First Multi-Language Capable Audio Conference Bridge to Conference Central in Australia

XOP Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of Value Added Service platforms that provide Audio Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Desktop Video Conferencing, Enhanced Firebar (emergency conferencing), Mass Notification (emergency notification), Visual Voice Mail and other applications, announced that Conference Central, an Australian Audio Conference Service provider, has selected XOP Networks’ Multi-language capable Universal Service Node (USN) to power its Audio Conferencing Service.

Conference Central is utilizing the XOP Networks’ Universal Service Node Audio Conference Bridge equipped with the Service Provider Package that is specifically designed to meet the needs of Conferencing Service Providers and other carriers that wish to offer hosted services. This Package adds several important capabilities for the service providers including ability to: a) Sell Virtual Conference Bridges; b) Bulk provision subscriber accounts using an XML based API; c) Authenticate moderator accounts using Diameter/XML based Charging function; d) Upload Call Detail Records to external billing system, and; e) Provide multiple enhanced security features that prevent any unauthorized access to the product or misuse of an end customers data.

It ships with a very easy and intuitive translation web portal. We used it to create our own language pack and later uploaded it to the USN to enable the Australian voice prompts on the system,” said Mark Martin, Managing Director of Conference Central.
